Prof. Astroza appointed as Vice Dean for Faculty Affairs

Prof. Astroza has been appointed as Vice Dean for Faculty Affairs of the Faculty of Engineering and Applied Sciences effective May 1, 2020. The main accountabilities include:

  • Provide strategic leadership and advice to faculty on academic issues.
  • Co-ordinate faculty search-and-selection processes.
  • Foster the development of academic leadership.
  • Promotes and supports research programs.
  • Assist faculty with research and funding and writing proposals.
