The School of Civil and Geomatic Engineering at the Universidad del Valle, located in Cali-Colombia, invited professor Astroza to teach a course on Model updating based on stochastic filtering. During his 1 week stay, professor Astroza also gave a seminar about finite element model calibration and Chilean experience on earthquake engineering.
