Dr. Jawad Fayaz, Senior Research Lecturer at Teesside University, visited our research group in March-April 2023. Dr. Fayaz taught a course on appplied machine learning in structural and earthquake engineering. Graduate and undergradute students of the group attended the course. In addition, a research collaboration plan between SDEE @ UAndes and research group of Dr. Fayaz was defined.
